Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your VAULTBAG® items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective dust bags are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
